Hi~!

Once again I'm writing a Journal, but this time it's not about anything else but my latest drawing
There were many questions about my latest drawing, Yoon Eun Hye.
For example: "How did you draw her hair so real?"
Or: "How come her skin is so smooth?"

Most of the questions were these two, so I'm explaining it in this Journal

- About the first question:
The very first thing i do, is draw the outline of course
Then I fill it up with pencil, lightly. When there is a thin layer of pencil, I start with the dark lines. All this, I use refillable lead pencil, cause they are thinner and therefore more accurate. The last thing to do, is to make the lighter parts a little bit more darker, but of course not darker than those dark lines you just made

- Second question:
I also used refillable lead pencil for her skin (actually that's the main pencil I use for any drawings ). I didn't use anything special, but you need to train your skill. Try to use a refillable lead pencil and colour as light as possible and repeat this. Practise it till you can easily use a refillable lead pencil and can colour really lightly with it. If you can handle that, then you can make the difference in dark and light.
Maybe you can try it out first on an unneeded paper and practise it
Oh, and there is one more thing to practise, that is try to lift your hand while colouring with the pencil, in other words, don't let your hand rest at the table. It needs to be in the air and then colouring It may sound weird, but it might help you improve
